PUBLISHING
QAGOMA’s range of print and online publications about the Collection,
exhibitions and artists ensures accessibility to a wide readership.
Free online publications were produced for two Collection-based exhibitions:
Earth and Elsewhere: Contemporary Works from the Collection
and
Death
and Life: Rakuny Ga Walnga: Contemporary Arnhem Land Art
, and these
remain on our website as an ongoing resource. The Gallery’s quarterly
magazine
Artlines
continues to present engaging writing and reviews
focused on Gallery exhibitions and Queensland culture, and now includes
a special section on programming and events for Members.
We have also produced award-winning publications for young audiences,
which are profiled in the Children’s Art Centre section on page 54.
We gratefully acknowledge Solutions in Engineering and the Tim Fairfax
Family Foundation for their support for our children’s publications this year.
