The Kingpins

The Kingpins are an artist collective formed in 2000 by four female artists all living and working in Sydney. They move between video, performance and installation to create a nether-world of music videos, monsters and heroes. Using 'drag' as a means to explore media stereotypes, the Kingpins playfully interpret a range of stylistic music genres such as hip-hop and heavy metal. The Kingpins will play at 6.45 and 9.30pm.
