marking a decade of innovation in
contemporary art, the children’s art centre
presented 21st century kids in association
with the ‘21st century: art in the First
decade’ exhibition. over 125 000 young
visitors attended 21st century kids. the
gallery also presented the ten-day 21st
century kids Festival (16–26 april 2011),
featuring artist workshops, performances
and cinema programs; attendances
regularly reached in excess of 10 000
visitors daily.
